Orders & payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment (or COD) is validated. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, abusive of COD, or incomplete.

Bambinoo names, logos, photos, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, Bambinoo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for a product claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
