- Where do you ship? Pan-India only right now.
- How long does delivery take? Usually 1–3 working days to dispatch, then 3–8 working days for most pin codes. See our Shipping policy.
- Is shipping free? Free on orders ₹1,499 and above; ₹99 flat below that.
- Do you offer COD? Yes, on most pin codes where the courier allows it.
Sizing & fit
- Use the size guide on each product page before you order.
- Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery when stock allows — see Returns & exchanges.
- Please follow Before first wear: wash once, then try. That first wash does not cancel return eligibility when other rules are met.
Returns, exchanges & cancellations
- Return / exchange window: 7 days from delivery.
- Cancel: before the order is shipped.
- Always wait for written approval before sending anything back.
Care & little skin
- Wash once before regular wear — garments pass through manufacturing and packing.
- Cold / gentle wash and shade dry unless the product says otherwise.

Payments & safety
- Pay only through Bambinoo checkout or confirmed COD at delivery.
- We never ask for OTPs, UPI PINs, or passwords.
