Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. International orders are not accepted yet.
Dispatch & delivery
Usually within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (or COD acceptance).
Most pin codes: 3–8 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. You will receive tracking once the parcel moves.

Cash on delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pin codes in India. If COD is not offered for your address, prepaid checkout will be required.
Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeated COD refusals may lead to prepaid-only checkout on future orders.
Delays & failed delivery
- Courier delays from weather, strikes, or peak festivals can happen. We will help you track and follow up.
- If a delivery fails because the address or phone is incomplete, re-attempt fees or return-to-origin may apply.
- Please check the parcel on receipt. Visible damage should be reported to support@bambinoo.in within 48 hours with clear photos.
